My teaching Project 6C Marcus Tsang_ Primary English Writing Competition 2nd Place

It’s very exhausting being a teacher. I just found this out after doing my teaching project. My group members and I had to make everything for three days of teaching and my eyes were already weary with fatigue. Imagine being a teacher for the whole academic year!

Firstly, Teacher Jennifer Lopez sent the lesson plans back to me for at least a dozen times saying that I still needed to do better. Then, there were some worksheets. Luckily, after a huge fuss, everything was finished just in time.

The first day was totally chaotic. The “students” were laughing all the way and the computer was working as fast as a snail could run. What a disaster! Surprisingly, the third day was a miracle. The computer worked with normal speed and we “teachers” screamed, “Woohoo” like crazy.

At last, we gave out some Ferrero Rocher to the ones who answered questions correctly, which of course they could only eat at home. We opened the box so that the aroma drifted into their nose. Their eyes widened in anticipation as we gave them to the “students”. I could tell that their fingers were inching towards the chunk of chocolate and licking their lips.

Only after this activity did I realize how difficult it was being a teacher for I slept like a log for the whole week!
